Terms and Conditions
Return of an eligible item must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item(s). Please be patient and note the Return Policy conditions, as follows:
1. Only regular priced items are eligible for return.
2. The item must be in the condition in which it was received, with price tag intact, in original packaging (if any) and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
3. The item must be unused, unworn and suitable for resale.
4. Replacement items, from previous returns, are not eligible for return.
5.The company reserves refund product sale promotion.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURN OF ANY PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT MEET THESE CONDITIONS.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the item(s) that you wish to exchange.
Customers are required to choose an exchange item of equal or higher value to the original and pay the difference in amount before the exchange will be processed. If the price of the exchange item is lower than the original, we reserve the right to refuse to refund the difference.

Once the product return has been approved, the exchange request will be processed within 10 working days.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS, EXCEPT WHEN IT IS PROVEN THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEMS.
Customers who receive an item that is proven to be damaged, defective or faulty, and where this damage, defect or fault is not caused by misuse or misdelivery, may contact firstname.lastname@example.org . Greyhound will replace with the same type of item and pay shipping costs.
However, if the item is out of stock or otherwise unavailable, customers will be requested to choose another item of equivalent value.
For domestic deliveries, orders are delivered by Best Express. For international shipment, all orders are registered with and delivered by Thailand Post.
The shipping time commences when the order is received and validated.
